Job Description
Our client was established in the early 1980s. They have grown steadily in scale commanding a good name in the market for providing excellent care and good staff retention. They have up to 16 homes in the Hampshire region already and they require a gifted individual for this care home that provides nursing care for 55 older people (male and female) with dementia and residential care.You will be accountable for the effective operation of the home in accordance with the client`s policies, CQC and other legislation. You need a solid track record and must be able to put your own stamp on matters and lead by example. And also demonstrate examples of managing people, working to targets, excellent communication and customer service skills. The ideal candidate would need to have RGN, with previous management experience. NVQ 4 and / or RMA or equivalent is essential.
