Job Description
A Domiciliary Care Manager is required to join an established provider based in Christchurch & FerndownAs a Domiciliary Care Manager you will be responsible for implementing and delivering care plans to a range of clients throughout the surrounding area, the primary client group will be the Elderly. You will also be responsible for leading a team of care workers, therefore you should possess the ability to lead by example and provide a professional, client focused and reliable service at all times.To be considered for this position you will be qualified to NVQ 3 or NVQ 4 in Health and Social Care. You will also have previous knowledge of providing detailed care plans, negotiating/communications skills whilst ensuring the needs of the clients are consistently exceeded.In return you can expect a competitive basic salary between £20,000 and £25,000 per annum , 28 days holiday allowance and most importantly the opportunity to join an organisation that consider the client the priority at all times.To find out more or to apply please call Laura on or e-mail your details to
